Veterans United Home Loans was very personable. Once we started the process they took the ball and started getting things done. Since we didn't use a Realtor everything was basically left for them to handle. They got us a appraiser and a Title company. If I had questions they were quick to respond. I liked having the online check list. I could check it every day and know if I needed something to complete. They were friendly and professional. I would recommend them.
