This is our first refinance of our loan. The initial loan process and the refinance process was so smooth and pain-free. ********************* kept us informed the entire way on both loans and as long as you are able to return documents that they request in a timely manner, everything will be smooth.

My wife and I went with VU since they implied that they take care of veterans and even use the fact that some of them are veterans as a tool to get business. We have supplied them with the same information 4 and 5 times and they still request it again. We have paid for surveys, VA inspections and pest inspections and then are told that the underwriters are hesitant, We have credit scores over 700 but are still, like so many others, paying for services that make little difference.
