My contract was substantially longer than virtually any other sale on the market but my loan team helped me out all the way through and even pushed my attorney and sellers attorney to be able to close before incurring more costs. ****** ******* ***** and the other people I worked with were all amazing and I couldn't have been happier with them.

i can't even begin to tell you how bad of an experience this was. The loan officer took over 2 weeks to get me an approval. When i called to speak with him it was either "hes in a meeting" "hes out to lunch but i can take your number and have him call you back" or "hes out for the day". Alas, when he does decide to contact me he insults me by sending me a text message. when i send an email to his minion about how ****** the experience was it didn't take but 3 minutes for him to text me and say "sorry to hear about your exper... read more
