They made the refinance process easy. Everyone was nice and responsive to our questions from beginning to end.
Loan officers ********************* and ************************* were assigned to my refinance account and failed to send out proper loan documents twice. When informed about the issue their supervisor, *******************, did nothing. The paperwork sent to my separated spouse was fraudulent and wpuld have resulted in co ownership of the property.Called to try and have the issue rectified and was blamed by ************* for these problems.
