Vesta, the Goddess of the Hearth, was used as design inspiration to create a dining destination and experience unique to Denver. Themes of warmth, sensuality and dreams helped to create the handcrafted industrial design. Roth Sheppard Architects and GOOG Industrial Design combined talents to create Vesta???s many artistic features.

Tasty on the Boss's Tab – Very very good food. Though I went there with a bunch of colleagues for a business dinner, I can see it being good for a date or a place to bring out of town guests. Everything was delicious and I have no gripes about the service, at least on my last visit. Nice concept, but part of me really hopes that innovative chefs city-wide kind of jump more on the tasty, small, tapas-inspired stuff they serve here. I'll be heading back.
YUMMMM!!! – Just visiting Denver and someone suggested this place. I more typically dine at simple, less expensive restaurants, but decided to take my wife out to a nice dinner. I was not disappointed in the slightest. I had the Seared Tuna and thought that every bite was a delight!! I just hope they open one in San Francisco!!
Fun and delicious – As a sauce fan, this is the perfect restaurant. The dipping sauces are delicious (and so is the food you dip them in). Fun atmosphere and good service.
Super – Down to the very last detail our experience was superb. Oustanding food, super service, friendly bartender.
I think about it often... – Was travelling in Denver and the hotel concierge recommended this place. Everything about the experience was terrific. I wish it was nearby my home, because I would definitely be a regular. Whenever a topic of restaurants comes up, I tell everyone about this place!
Epic – Friendly, unpretensious, great food. Loved Kitt; good wine list; we had the tenderloin, the ceviche, the vesta roll, the vegetarian napolean, the sauce sampler, and we would have tried more if we had brought more people. Nice to see Jan behind the bar. Overall great experience. They found the balance between hip and welcoming. This place still rocks!
great concept, but.... – while the concept is good, the staff are horribly undertrained in food and service. I think it's a problem when on two occasions, I have to explain exactly how seared tuna should be made, or why a wine is bad, it's a problem. I won't be going back and will not recommend this place anymore
Absolute Ecstasy – The food is pure magic! We love the exotic variety of sauces and dips. The meat is a perfect combination of tenderness and flavor. The ambiance and decor is stimulating. Fantastic service.
Awesome – A great dining experience! I was in Denver for one night and asked my hotel concierge for a restaurant recommendation that was "uniquely Denver." Vesta was his recommendation and it was awesome! The food was excellent (especially the ahi tuna rolls for an appetizer) and the service was prompt and friendly. I would highly recommend Vesta to anyone!
