Vesta, the Goddess of the Hearth, was used as design inspiration to create a dining destination and experience unique to Denver. Themes of warmth, sensuality and dreams helped to create the handcrafted industrial design. Roth Sheppard Architects and GOOG Industrial Design combined talents to create Vesta???s many artistic features.

Wonderful Food, Knowledgeable staff!! – We went to Vesta's for a well deserved Friday evening away from the kids. We got street parking right outfront (bring quarters) We had early reservations (5:45) and were a few minutes late. There was no problem being seated, and our table was great. yum A co-worker and I ate here when we were in town on business. Two years later I still wish they had a Vesta Dipping in my hometown. I had the tuna steak, which was cooked perfectly. The dessert was good too. I actually bought bottles of two of the dips to bring home. It was kind of pricey ($100+ for two meals and two desserts), but so delicious!
Favorite place in Denver – I've been frequenting Vesta for 11 years and had never been disappointed - until recently. Usually a cool atmosphere but found bartender to be a bit rude the last time I was there.
Great first date spot – This was one of the best places I have ever eaten! The atmosphere was dark and trendy. This is a great place for a first date, or any date really. You get to choose from 3 sauces to have with your dinner, and of course you can mix and match and try eachothers. amazing food – Vesta has somenthing different from any other restaurant. The food is diverse from other restaurant. The dipping sauces are a great idea. The service is above average and the atmosphere is vibrant. You will love it.
Loves it! – I have been to Vesta numerous times and the food is always fantastic. I'm a big fan of the samosas for appetizers. The corn dipping sauce that comes with is delicious! Highly recommended!
Good food, but you're really paying for a trendy atmosphere – The food is good, but not $25+ per entree good. This is basically a typical Lodo restaurant where they have an upscale/trendy atmosphere so they can get away with over-charging. While the food is good, you can easily make anything on the munu better than they do if you know how to use a grill. incredible dining experience on all levels – I am very picky about food. I won't say that I'm like Anton Ego from Ratatouille, but I will say that I don't bother to eat something that isn't worth the time to taste. Also, since we don't have a lot of money, being able to go out to eat is a luxury that we save up and plan for, and we better find the experience as a whole worth the expenditure. WAY over hyped, decent food, kind of cramped seating – We read that this place was *SOOO* great, and supposed to be really romantic, so we decided to finally check it out. I don't know what I was expecting, but the food was decent, really nothing spectatcular. The website makes the restaurant look bigger and better than it actually is.
