Vesta, the Goddess of the Hearth, was used as design inspiration to create a dining destination and experience unique to Denver. Themes of warmth, sensuality and dreams helped to create the handcrafted industrial design. Roth Sheppard Architects and GOOG Industrial Design combined talents to create Vesta???s many artistic features.

Delicious! I love the roasted garlic. The sauces were very interesting and delicious with everything we dipped into them. I would go back and dine there again and again.
Great Restaurant – This is the best restaurant that I have been to in town. The food is just excellent and very tasty just a little overpriced, wait staff are quite friendly and the atmosphere is great.

I was really surprised that they had a list of 20+ sauces but no one mentioned anything to us about picking sauces. However, I don't know how they could have been enjoyed. The Fresh Fish Company – Since we came back to Colorado 5 years ago,we rediscovered The Fresh Seafood Co. and have been good customers ever since. The food is outstanding and the personnel is so nice and friendly,you feel like you are at home!The Sunday brunch is unique and very popular.And when they have your e-mail address,they let you know all the specials they can offer and believe me ,that is wonderful. We enjoy going there more than to any other place and are very happy to have learned about them.
expensive yet nickle and dimed – Went to Vesta Dipping grill last night for a birthday. Party of five. Arrived at 5 because it was the only time available on this Saturday. Ordered all 5 of the "special" $2.00 appetizers to see what we may want to continue with. They came: 1- beef satay, 1 -shrimp, 1- 1" square pork belly, 2 chorizo balls the size of a large gumball and 3 tater tots with a creamy cheese filling. Food cost, maybe 10%. Great food but the service left a bad taste in my mouth. – Heard a lot about this place so we decided to try it, wish we wouldn't have. The hostess said maybe one word to us as she sat us in Antartica. Happy to Return I just went here last week for a going away dinner. The only thing that disappointed me was that I hadn't been to Vesta Dipping Grill in about 5 years. I don't remember it being that good 5 years ago, but it was great. The sauces were good as they should be, but the underlying food was equally matched. Great meal and service We had a great meal here. The service was attentive and the food was very good. The sauces that were recommended were all very good and gave a totally different flavor combination for each bite. We really enjoyed it and we'll be back
Great food!!!! – The food and service was great. We had a party of 7 and the service was pretty quick for such a large party. The food was top quality, but it ended up being a pretty expensive bill by the end of the night. Other than the price, absolutely no complaints. Great place to eat!
