Vesta, the Goddess of the Hearth, was used as design inspiration to create a dining destination and experience unique to Denver. Themes of warmth, sensuality and dreams helped to create the handcrafted industrial design. Roth Sheppard Architects and GOOG Industrial Design combined talents to create Vesta???s many artistic features.

great concept, but.... – while the concept is good, the staff are horribly undertrained in food and service. I think it's a problem when on two occasions, I have to explain exactly how seared tuna should be made, or why a wine is bad, it's a problem. I won't be going back and will not recommend this place anymore
Absolute Ecstasy – The food is pure magic! We love the exotic variety of sauces and dips. The meat is a perfect combination of tenderness and flavor. The ambiance and decor is stimulating. Fantastic service.
Awesome – A great dining experience! I was in Denver for one night and asked my hotel concierge for a restaurant recommendation that was "uniquely Denver." Vesta was his recommendation and it was awesome! The food was excellent (especially the ahi tuna rolls for an appetizer) and the service was prompt and friendly. I would highly recommend Vesta to anyone!
The sauces are perfect compliments – I've eaten here a few times, and love to bring visitors from out of town here. Love the variety of sauces and the chef's choices with meals have never been disappointing.
Unique entrees, very tasty and good value. Excellent old Denver atmosphere.
The Best So Far – I have moved to Denver about 6 Months ago, and have searched for a good place to go in this town. Vesta is a place where you can go, with a company or not, and meet nice and interesting people. It has great drinks, great salad, and a nice environment. It is not a sports bar, no mullets and not poorly dressed people. If you want to stay away from rednecks, Vesta is the place to go.
I love it I love It I love it – Don't listen to the ciritics....I lived in Denver for four years, and Vesta was my favorite restaurant all four years. Every sauce is delicious, and the filet mignon is such a perect cut of meat, you'll think you've died and gone to heaven. Awesome wine list, comfortable for big parties, but romantic for a quiet evening. The waitstaff is always accomodating, and even brought me a free piece of cake (with out being asked) when he over heard I had recently graduated from college.
really good stuff – Vesta is amazing. Try the duck. You will cream your pants. The interior is cool and the seats are sweet. Vesta is possibly the top restaurant in town. Enjoy.
Vesta Good – This was my first experience at such a place. The decor was neat and unusual in that they had copped plated menus, and pipe fittings for napkin holders, but the food was the best part. There are so many dipping sauces and that was what made this so neat. I couldn't help but try everybody else's food, and none of it was bad. I would recomend this place.
