I have had a horrible experience with this company. The gentleman had a terrible professional presence and was only interested in building the largest home on the smallest parcel he can build on for as cheaply as possible. They have a lot of questionable building practices. At least one of their project managers I dealt with does. He is also an International Realtor I'm not even sure who he was in the project. Very unprofessional handling of our account by Sara Wolfe. She is arrogant, dismissive and generally unhelpful, making the properties that she represents look unappealing. I recommend that property owners and management companies look elsewhere when seeking representation. We will never rent from this person or any company she is affiliated with.
