My insurance company denied a roof replacement even though it was tore up from storms and hail and was only 7 years old. Marshall and his team at Vertex Roofing did a phenomenal job in replacing a 15-year-old roof for our home. Marshall helped me from the beginning of the process, working with my insurance all the way to getting my roof replaced and also made sure my warranty was in place. They were always on time and communicate at every step of the process. Marshall and his team at Vertex Roofing did another amazing job for my client. Marshall had gone above and beyond in helping my client deal with the insurance company to get the roof replacement approved even after the claim was closed with only a couple hundred dollars allocated. The property now has a brand new roof and my client is a very happy camper!

We enjoyed working with Marshall on our roof and gutter project. He went to bat for us with the insurance company when we didn't know if they would approve our claim. Not only did they approve our claim but they also replaced our gutter system and fixed interior water damage. Marshall was responsive and patient--even when the insurance company was dragging their feet for months. Highly recommend!

We were impressed with Marshall and Vertex Roofing. Marshall worked with our insurance company pointing out the problems with our roof to get it approved. He provided netting to protect our shrubbery from damage and was on our premise checking the work being performed. Marshall immediately replied when contacted with questions we had. We recommend Vertex Roofing

I am super impressed with the quality of work. Marshall was very helpful. He worked with my insurance to get me approved when I was originally denied. He was able to show water damage in the ceiling as well as locations where the shingles, and gutters had been hit by hail. He hired contractors for the fence and the interior ceiling repair. He worked with the city and my HOA to make sure all the permits were in place. Vertex took care of the whole mess from start to finish and did amazing work.

Great company to work with. Helped work through insurance claim. Our project Manager Shane was helpful and communicaive. End results were better than what was on the house when we purchased it. Would use again if we needed roofing and exterior services.
