Before Marshall from Vertex showed up on my doorstep, another roofer had failed to get the insurance company to approve the replacement. I was skeptical this time would be any different, but Marshall assured me he would get it done. And he did...quickly. I was impressed right away, and the roofing crew did a great job. Marshall met with our insurance appraiser and used his expertise to assure my roof and floor were fully restored after a damaging storm. Having a Contractor who understands how to work with the insurance company is key. I would do business with this company in the future without hesitation. Quality workmanship.

Found Marshall on Next Door App, we called him to help us out, since our previous contractor never followed though. He was very responsive and explained everything thoroughly. Within in a matter of a week, he had a new roof installed through insurance proceeds.

Jacob came out to inspect my roof for damage and I had my roof and gutters replaced within 10 days from start to finish. They helped me talk to my insurance company and walked me through each process to ensure I understood each detail.
