We were impressed with the manner in which Clint S**** conducted the business of reroofing our home. He was professional in all of his dealings especially with our insurance company. When I was looking for roofers and came across Marshall and Vertex I was excited to work with a veteran being one myself. This company goes above and beyond to make sure you are well taken care of. I had a $16000 deductible and was having trouble getting credit approval for that amount. They did everything they could to help me get my leaking roof replaced. I highly recommend them for all your roofing needs
We contracted with Vertex to replace our roof. Marshall was very prompt to every scheduled meeting and very polite. When the supplier failed to deliver materials to our home for the scheduled start date, he spent 9 hours making repeated trips to pick up materials so the job could be completed on time. We had the BEST experience with Vertex Roofing. I am a pretty picky person when it comes to my home repairs, and Vertex did such an excellent job from start to finish. Adi was on the job several times a day for long periods of time. This company work so well with our insurance company, we actually didn't do much but sit back and watch our new roof go on. We had such an excellent experience with Vertex Roofing. The materials are quality and our roof and new gutters look fantastic. The best part of all was working with Marshall.
