I am only going to say that I was told since I had not been there in 2 years that I was considered a new patient. That wasn't true but there was no use arguing and they had already dropped me. And I want to warn any of her patients that they will drop you if you don't go at least once a year. Dr Gomez and her staff . when I arrived in the office, there was merely no wait time, they were ready for me and I was checked in immediately. Dr Gomez patiently listened to all my health issues and concerns, she was kind, considerate, compassionate , and gave me some helpful information how to better take care of my health.
I took my mother to Dr Gomez, my mother is now in her 80's and has a variety of aches and pains in her age but she is smart and very alert. Dr Gomez took 30 minutes to talk to her and collect all her complaints and issues, she patiently listened to her, and gently educated her on variety of topics, her staff were so kind, receptive and friendly, made our visit comfortable, speedy and pleasant. They are so caring, hats off to them, and many thanks
My annual check up with Dr Gomez was a delight, I am always anxious when it comes to my annual check ups, but I am so glad I have been doing it since I was in my thirties. Dr Gomez was so thorough, took her time to listen to all my questions and responded to each one of them, her office staff were kind, receptive, attentive, and took care of most of my tests on site. It was a convenient and comfortable process.
The Dr was excellent, caring, and knowledgable. She understood my pain and the effects it had on my life. She cared for me like caring daughter and great Doctor. Thank you Dr. Gomez and Primacy Care Office.
