Verizon is awful!!! I’m struggling to pay my phone bill with them post pay. We have three phones and five lines with them and have been loyal customers for going on two years. We pay our bill religiously every month in divided payments because it is expensive. My fault I know but it’s what We wanted For our extra I guess. Internet is not great out here where we live but Verizon seems to be the better choice for us. Went in for a new phone. Knew what I wanted. Was told 3 times in a short but polite way (I guess) that I was dumb. After the 3rd round I told associate to go help someone else because I wasn't buying a phone from there. Walked out. I've worked retail before. If a customer knows what they want you need to stop pushing other junk on them because you make a better commission.

I will say that every time i have went in there the staff is great and has always helped me. They have always answered my questions never pushed me into purchasing anything and have always be very polite! I would recommend them to anybody! In my mind their is no one else that can touch their service! I wish i could remember the gentlemen's name that helped me several time he was great and very down to earth. Again i can't say enough on how much of a first class service this company is !!!!

I had an old phone (5 years) and was very nervous about switching over to a new phone. Beth helped me with the entire upgrade from beginning to end in 30 minutes. Plus she answered all my questions and helped me to convert all my photos to the cloud. I have been panicking about upgrading for way to long. I should have just taken the step a long time ago. She made this experience so simple. Whew! Thanks again Beth!

My iPhone 7 mic stopped working unless on speaker and then I had to scream to be heard! When I walked in Kirsten was there to greet me open arms and was very polite and respectful towards me and her Coworker with the help of her my iPhone replacement is already in route to my house not even 24 hours later! (Free of charge)The customer service was above and beyond what I was planning on from past customer support previous phone company!! Thanks for all your help!!!!

Not sure if I just picked the wrong time to come in but the person working seemed to not have any clue about the telecommunications business. Was quoted way over what other Verizon locations quoted me previously. Granted this location is not a corporate location, the Sales rep didn't even know what other providers are either GSM or CDMA. I'm hoping it's just a fluke. As a person who has years in the industry I would expect a better customer experience that most if not all providers these days provide.
