Verizon wireless is the absolute worst service!!! 4 months to get information transferred from one phone to the other. The Manager at the Pleasant Hills location should be fire. I suffered a stroke and have mobility issues. I finally had a good friend get me to this location and he hid it the back without coming out to deal with this abomination. Run away far and fast to a different company and especially this location.
