This Verizon store is amazing. They helped us with all our complicated problems right around close and were unbelievably helpful. They took the time to make sure we had access to all of our new devices as well as helping us with many promos and switching over. 100/10 would recommend. David was awesome as well as the manager, they really took the time to make sure we understood our plan and made the switch over very easy
I would like to express my dissatisfaction with the recent customer service I received regarding concerns about my account's security. Despite spending an hour and a half communicating with both in-store and online representatives, I was unable to obtain a clear answer regarding the potential compromise of my account.
