This company has horrible service, this location also could be of no help, was directed from calling the company service and they countered me saying the company service line needs to fix it, I don’t have time to be thrown back and forth
Verizon has unbelievably bad service. It's truly astonishing for a company this big. If you want to transfer phone lines from your plan, it is absolutely impossible. They have farmed this out to a third party that has no idea what they're doing and the Verizon employees disavow any knowledge of how they operate or even who they are! It literally takes hours of frustrating calls to accomplish anything.
The name of this "Verizon Business Services" facility is highly misleading. Despite having large "FIOS" signs on the frontage windows and entrance d door, the personnel inside only handle cell phone services, which they do well. It is a cell phone store. They do not provide business services for FIOS internet. They can provide a telephone number to speak to someone at FIOS, and the personnel are very helpful In FOIS bill payment at their kiosk in the McKnight Road Verizon-corporate store.
