The name of this "Verizon Business Services" facility is highly misleading. Despite having large "FIOS" signs on the frontage windows and entrance d door, the personnel inside only handle cell phone services, which they do well. It is a cell phone store. They do not provide business services for FIOS internet. They can provide a telephone number to speak to someone at FIOS, and the personnel are very helpful In FOIS bill payment at their kiosk in the McKnight Road Verizon-corporate store. Left T-Mobile and came back to Verizon, good offer to come back.
The staff was super helpful and knowledge. I walked in late but still felt welcomed.
