It has been a few months since I have been in to Verizon at the Dixon location working with Caleb. I went in with my phone constantly trying to restart. It was done for. I was already debating an upgrade bc it had been 3 years, but wasnt ready yet. And my phone completely crashed. So in I went devastated bc I hadn't got important things off my phone yet.
