Spent 2 hrs IN the store on the phone with 5 different reps and my problems still aren’t resolved ‼️
Terrible customer service, came in the last two days; first to replace my phone that shattered at waist level on linoleum in a $60 case. Talking I was told my year old model is no longer being made, insurance I've been paying did nothing. New phone I was promised was going to back up everything on my last phone, I'm still missing over 1000 photos including very personal ones like wedding photos. The MOST dropped calls we've ever had. Can't use the internet or receive e-mails or text while on the phone. Can't make 3 way phone calls. Most coverage is a complete LIE. Worst coverage and worst service from any phone carrier we've ever had. We NEVER should have left AT&T, all we did was gain a $1400.00 service cancellation bill. After supposedly correcting the problem with multi-tasking, we still have the same problem. Can't wait to get stranded somewhere with no service!!!!
Make sure you check your receipts. Thought I had paid for an otterbox when I got a new iPhone while visiting and told the guy I wanted to pay for the case and sales tax upfront instead of putting on my bill and gave him my card. Imagine my surprise when I opened my bill and found otterbox charges.
Horrible experience. Was a sprint customer for 18 years, switched 3 months ago and turns out the sales guy in the Mankato store did a bait and switch with everything from our iPhones to the assurion insurance. It was so bad that Verizon customer service sent me $600 in rebates due to what the sales guy “sold us” and couldn’t deliver. We also bought the insurance for up to 10 phones and it only covers three...for the lifetime of those 3 numbers! My appointments have repeatedly been canceled at the most one day ahead and as little as 2 hours before the appointment to fill a cavity that caused pain. The new appointments were scheduled a month out. I had to request to see the dentist for my bi-annual appointments. If I didn't, I would only see the hygenist for a cleaning, "goodie bag" and out the door! I have been a patient for decades but the quality of service has become subpar.
The customer service rep Chris was very helpful. I was checked in right away after arriving at the store. They were pretty busy so I expected to wait a little bit. I was suprised at how quickly my turn came. The staff was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions to my satisfaction. I've been shopping at this Verizon store for several years now and will continue to do so in the future. Good job and keep up the good work.
