Y’all need more help! Waiting hours before even getting helped is rediculous, then hours while being helped because everything takes so long!
Worst experience at Verizon stores in 15 years. Got told 4 different prices, manager had no idea on price and told me that there was no way it was right. When asked why there was difference from online to store, I got told I don’t know. For not being busy you can see why it’s not busy. Will never go back for anything. Verizon is great. This store is just the worst though.

RecommendedIf you ever have an issue with your Verizon service, this is the Verizon store to go to. It's a corporate store, and the employees are awesome. Gavin always takes care of my problems. He just saved me $100... they're not about making money here, they're about customer service. THAT is how you make more money for your company... make it so I only want to come to this particular store when it is time to spend money.
I recommend the company but NOT the queen creek location. they are not helpful or knowledgeable and will cut sling load on you if you dont walk in wanting to spend over 1k in a phone. This location needs new management and new staff because the blond guy that looks like every bad guy in every movie ever "travis" is the worst salesman. he told us they no longer carried smart phones with removable batteries, which there were multiple online and $300 cheaper than the thousand plus dollar phones he was trying to sell us. we also... read more
Can't get through to them on phones, never tell you prices of products, sell you stuff you don't realize the cost and what it really does and restocking fees are a joke! You wait in line and they can't even return simple products. They tell you they submit it for support and never text back to tell you it's been taken care of
After waiting for 30 min and watching them help 3 people that just walked in I had enough and made it known as I left. All I need is a new SIM card. I upgraded last weekend and two days later my SIM card failed. This store is ridiculous, they don’t care about there job and don’t care if they do it in a timely manner. The store needs new staff!!
Recommendedthe Verizon store in Fort Walton Beach Florida is so much better than the one on 15th street in Tuscaloosa Alabama. They are very much more personable and we didn't have to wait but a few seconds to be helped. last time I went to Tuscaloosa I had to wait an hour just to buy an accessory. it was ridiculous .
