I don't think I've ever met a more helpful staff than at the Madison Verizon. I needed to get a new phone configured and Rolando, Corey, and Ben were on the job. I also had to go back for a screen protector, and I got Corey's help once again. Thanks so much guys! Won't be going back to Guilford anytime soon.
Ben gave me excellent customer service, very knowledgeable and helpful. Knew all the stuff about the phones like the back of his left hand. Definitely coming in for more upgrades!

I needed service on my iPhone and was treated so well by the employees at the Madison Verizon shop. the employers Cory in particular also showed me… Elllipsis7 as it was being featured I added it to my account He walked me through the Ellipsis7 and again I had excellent service The service gets better each time I come here.
