I came in Verizon debating greatly if I should upgrade from my iPhone 5 going back and forth couldn't decide but Stephen helped me out and introduced me to the iPhone 6 and I eventually bought it and couldn't be happier. I loved the customer service I received and the knowledge I received on this product. I love this phone. The backup synched perfectly from my previous iPhone, so the transition was seamless. I bought a car charger for a 5s. the employee stephen ended up being so helpful and knowledgable I bought that and another case. I would go there again just for that type of customer experience.

We had a great experience at the Madison store with Ben!! He was extremely helpful (even though we kept him working until about 10) and super friendly!! Thank you so much!! Set us up with two new iPhones and a new tablet! Definitely coming back in the future
