There is one customer service/sales rep that is very rude. They don’t see you in the order you’ve come in. Also if you’re not purchasing anything they act like you don’t exist.
Was at the store this morning and it was the worst experience I've had in over 20 years they basically said their new corporate policy is to hell with you if you're not 80 or older with any help...they just aren't going to help...really sad... I'm looking for new carrier but unfortunately they have the market cornered it looks like
poor customer service for existing customers
I bought a phone there it was supposed to be new but it was a refurbished phone not new but I was charged for a new one . Don't buy phones from them they lie!!!!
