I was just there and was sitting there for 45 mins while watching new people come in and me getting skipped. I say something then continue to get skipped. So I left and I'm never going back. Would rather drive 35 minutes every time and go to the one in Sandusky. Terrible service.
We came in to ask important questions that we were very concerned about and the John who met us at the door laughed when we asked our questions. We went to this branch instead of a branch in a larger city hoping for better customer service and we were very disappointed with the level of professionalism and concern.
Definitely the worst store around for customer service! As a business owner myself I haven't been able to understand how they run their store. They're very good at selling you the product however don't want to deal with you after the fact. Yesterday even the employee admitted they would prefer you call in to deal with issues.. the poor lady at the counter was on the phone with Verizon IN the Verizon store because they wouldn't even help her.. 🤷 Work on your customer service please... for your future customers at least.. you... read more
