I went to the store to get a Sim card and activate my phone. Cameron told me there was something wrong with my phone. He suggested I take my phone to AT&T and activate my account there. Not a good customer service experience.
I just changed addresses and my current carrier didn't have service where I moved to. Monisa helped me port my number to a new iPhone 5c, showed me how to restore my phone's data from the cloud, and worked to get me the best deal ever.
They rip everyone off, Like no other! I don't know if it's this store inparticular, but I've heard/seen stories and cases where they don't give a shit. Went in to get a replacement phone, because mine quit working, they told me I wouldn't be charged at all and we could do the "edge" plan. 2 weeks later, I got a bill in the mail for $780, I called & talked to them for hours & they said it was just a one time thing, we paid that & got another bill in the mail for $1,012.
