RecommendedI have had a great experience with every representative I've had the pleasure to work with on each of my visits. Chris and Brody most recently. Often, Chantal gets involved and provides her help. I stay up nights thinking of how I can stump her. So far, I haven't been able to but I'm still working on it. She's extremely knowledgeable and helpful.
Apparently when you use insurance to replace a phone they send you a used one instead of a brand new one, even though they tell you a million times when purchasing the insurance that “if you break your phone you will get a brand new one”
Was told I would get the older generation tablet buy 1 get 1 free and than 2 months free service on both since they were Christmas presents and now an extra 300 on my bill... um ya I don't think so Verizon... bullshit people are too worried about their damn commission to make sure it's correct in the system.
I had a terrible customer service experience. The gentleman helping me had very poor communication skills. I actually asked if someone else could help me. He informed me, and I quote "that he was the most nicest and most patientest person there". Making up words was was bad enough. He knew little about the products, when I question the merits of a brand that I had never heard of, his answer was everyone knew of it. Most assuredly not true. I feel that the store is poorly managed and training leaves much to be desired.
Not at all happy with Verizon! Went in and was told I was able to get a phone replacement for NO CHARGE because my other one wasn't working. Then a week later received an email stating I would be charged $329 for a replacement fee. TOTAL BS!!! I will be looking for another provide ASAP!
