I absolutely hate Verizon! Just as bad as Comcast! Or concast! The store itself is very nice. The person that waited on me was very helpful. Nice personality and was concerned. I waited to be sure the things transferred from the old phone which took quite awhile. We still have an issue with the messaging. Brand new iphone7. These new iPhones are very breakable even with the $40 piece of glass the sell you. Wish I could switch to another company but it's like a monopoly where I live. My phone was broke so they told me they would send me a new one tomorrow. The guy verified with me my address very clearly which has changed because I moved....but guess what my tracking information is shipping it to my past address which is an hour away. So now I'll have to waste my time and go get it. Thank you for not doing your job once again. This is the worst Verizon I have ever been to. They never get anything right.
