Although Scott and team did not arrive at the scheduled time and did not communicate an updated ETA, I needed to leave my home for work. Upon Scott’s arrival, I was able to speak with him via my Ring camera to confirm how to proceed, as the carpenter bee treatment was to be performed along the fascia of my back patio. He understood my request, and the work was completed professionally and efficiently. I would recommend using VerdX as a go to pest control, as they offer many other pest services.
