I am writing to express my profound dissatisfaction with Verde Energy as the supplier of electricity in Massachusetts. I had enrolled with Verde in 2014 with a commitment for a fixed price contract for two accounts. In January 2015 and again in January 2016 Verde shifted my supply to a variable price increasing the cost significantly. When I called in 2015 they provided a refund and shifted me back to a fixed price (good for them). I had to call again in January 2016 when they raised my cost by approximately $0.04/kw. You are correct in that our fixed rates do expire after a set period of time and if you are not interested in keeping track of when your rate expires, choosing a 3rd party supplier may not be a good choice. I've been I've had Vertie for three years and realize that I am paying twice as much for my energy that my neighbors I am paying nine point something and it is sold at six point something by Commonwealth Edison. I realized it because my bills we're running very high .

Verde Energy USA, Inc. is violating my privacy my constitutional right of the 4th amendment. They stole my information and took action without my consent to change my electricity provider. I will take legal action if my privacy is violated again by Verde Energy or any of its branches. Media will be notified of its VErde's illegal actions against citizens.

First, I want to say thank you to Ms. Jennifer M**** for being so prompt in regards to dealing with my rebate check in such a timely manner. Secondly, I am very happy being a Verde customer, because so far the rates have been great, but if they happen to go up a little bit higher than other companies, I still plan on remaining a Verde customer no matter what, mainly because of the fact that they use renewable energy.
