Before I cancelled my service 2 days ago I had them as my energy provider for over 10 years. I was on a monthly service contract because I didn't notice the contact expired. I don't know how long it's been going on and I probably still wouldn't have noticed if my bill didn't all of a sudden more then double it's normal amount. I've called twice first because I thought it must be some kind of error and the second to ask for assistance. I was nicely told "tough luck your the one who didn't read her bill". Repeated calls that appear to come from my utility company. Very long solicitation represented as “ the discount offer” of my electric/gas companies. When I declined their offer ( they was quo’s Ted higher than my current service) they then called me back 3 times & refused to take no for an answer. Had to hang up on them twice !

They call pretending to be *****. When I asked if they really were and asked for my account number, they didn't have it as they are not *****. Scam company using fraudulent practices to reach out to customers.

If I could give ZERO stars, that would be better. I have not and will not contract with this company. First of all, they have spoofed the number of my power supplier, so I can't block them, second, they have said that they WORK for my power supplier, which is a blatant lie, and third, they are RELENTLESS and have called me more times than I care to guess after I told them "no", I am NOT interested. They are using a high pressure telemarketing firm, "* ***********", that engages in fraudulent activity including but not limited to hijacking the phone number of the local utility for caller ID, claiming to represent the local utility, claiming to have access to account information when they are clearly calling someone who isn't a account holder etc. Why on earth would I want to use a this company as my energy provider when they choose to a marketing approach that bombards my home with dozens of calls from liars & crooks?

They hire a third party Indian caller that switches you to their services without your approval! This has happened multiple times over the years and I have to go through the trouble every time to cancel!

We had three people come to our door posing as Duke energy employees asking if we received a $100 gift card. They then proceeded to invite themselves into our home and use our bathroom and ask for food and juice. They made themselves comfortable and continued to ask our ****** *********** and where we went out on the weekends. This behavior is completely in appropriate and should not be tolerated.
