It's great, until you have to haul luggage up the stairs because the only elevator in the building is broken and the management office is in no hurry to get it fixed. I was told 'It will be fixed today' (it's down since yesterday) Just awfully bad management. Edit: It took 5 days to fix that. And now, it's down again... in about 2 weeks. And this time, we didn't get any communication/updates from 'Management'.... it's been a day already and we have NO idea of when the elevator is going to be fixed, what seems to be the issue... read more

Best decision ever.. I live, work and play here. My kids love the place and there is always something fun to do!
I have lived places. And this by far has been my best place. I actual live work and play here. The furthest I venture is target. The people are amazing, the way they keep the Avalon and haven connected is wonderful, You never feel out of the loop, unless you choose to. It is wonderful having an ice skating rink in my back yard⛸. I love from the clean up crew, security, valet, the restaurant and shop people.
