We’ve been living here for 3 years now, intended on staying 6 months, can’t seem to leave! We love everything about living here, the people, activities and convenience. Avalon is a great place to call home!

My mother has been living there for several months. At first, it seemed like a great option. She would be close to shops, restaurants, etc. Then came the noise from the parties that were supposed to stop at a reasonable hour. Then came the problems with the elevator. My mother is in her 80s and has difficulty walking up and down steps. The elevator has been working intermittently over the past few weeks and there were times that she had to crawl down the stairs. Although we have had incidents where the elevator has gone out recently, our maintenance team has been quick to reset it and get it up and running again.
