The front office/leasing... (Verified Renter) The front office/leasing staff are great. The building amenities are superb. The location is ideal for my situation. However, when reviewing comps in the area, there are now other communities that are similar at a much lower cost (sometimes at much as $200 less per month).

I?m also worried... (Verified Renter) I?m also worried about the safety of the building. A friend of mine who lives in the building, car has been robbed multiple times while he was parked in the garage. I?m wondering why there aren?t cameras in those areas, especially after it happened once.

Definitely on the... (Verified Renter) Definitely on the higher end of the market but if you are looking for a complex with all the bells and whistles, Venue is it.
Everyone in the... (Verified Renter) Everyone in the leasing office is always so pleasant, extremely helpful and very competent and timely in their responses. I really appreciate them and love seeing their friendly faces each time. Additionally, the move-in process was very seamless. The building and the apartments are also top notch quality. It's obvious the owners and builders did not cut corners, as you often see in apartment complexes.
Still some long... (Verified Renter) Still some long standing issues with the building. The hot tub is a coin toss, and the HVAC in the halls seems to never work.
