it's a very... (Verified Renter) it's a very nice place and in a great location, though I did have concerns with amenities and structural issues failing at times.
We moved into... (Verified Renter) We moved into an apartment that had not been rented before. There were several things that did not work correctly. However, the office personnel (Krystle, Carla, Alex, Lizzy) have been awesome and the items were fixed right away.
Office and maintenance... (Verified Renter) Office and maintenance Staff are awesome and attentive. The building and location are terrific (one block from City Park). Residence are friendly and cool peeps.
Much nicer finishes... (Verified Renter) Much nicer finishes in the apartments than almost all others in the same price point and great amenities. Very pet friendly and also one of a few places that will allow the purchase of a second parking space. Also, the background and finance checks were done very quickly which was great for me as I was trying to move on very short notice.
The office personnel... (Verified Renter) The office personnel have been top notch from the 1st minute we walked in the door to explore the community. Their customer service makes the wait for the hottub, ground floor water damage reconstruction inconvenience, and package mix-ups not as big of a deal as they might otherwise be. Cheers to the team for keeping the spirits high when other things fall short of expectations. The building was thoughtfully designed and will be a place where I really enjoy living!
This is a... (Verified Renter) This is a very small detail, but the doorbell sound when the elevator lands on your floor is a bit loud. I can hear the bell in the morning and at night when I'm in bed.
