I love the... (Verified Renter) I love the amenities, security, location, and the apartment itself. The only downside is the cost. My friends have so far tried to find something elsewhere that is more affordable but otherwise similar.
Need to get... (Verified Renter) Need to get a better cleaning schedule. I want to live in a clean building. Bringing clients over is only good through the front door. Hallways, Elevators need new carpets, walls need painting, ceiling tiles missing in garage, garage is dirty. Sweep the sidewalks daily. Get a better irrigation system for the grass. Needs to look as nice as the cost of the rent.
