At 74 and after nearly 40 years in a single family home where I raised children and was happy, I am glad to have found the Venue on 16th at this stage of my life. Verified Renter Myself, my roommate, and many other residents in my building have had their cars broken into and vandalized. Residents here have incurred thousands of dollars in damages to their vehicles because the garage gate is always broken and does not prevent vandals from entering. This is an ongoing issue that has yet to be solved. The amenities are nice and maintenance is quick, but the parking garage situation has ruined my time here.

Verified Renter Although this community is newer in construction and design, constant maintenance and security issues with the parking garages plague it, leaving residents dissatisfied with the efforts of management to keep their parking areas safe and secure. Vagrants/homeless people frequent the stairwells for living space, and help themselves to valuables in residents' vehicles and poorly secured storage units in the garage.
