Don’t move here!!! The property management lies to you! Construction that started in September is still not done even though it’s now January. They said it would be done in 30 days! The construction is so loud people can’t sleep at of course property management doesn’t give a flip! Additionally on top of that most of our amenities are not available as well as the fact we can’t even receive mail or packages. Don’t move into the venue they Flippin suck!

Verified Renter the staff here are impeccable. no issues with transition of staff on any of the days of the week. everyday i feel attended to and the building is clean. even while construction is going on in and around the building the impact felt is as minimal as possible. its quite extraordinary. i love it here.

With 2020 being a challenging year, they found a way for our amenities to re-open in a safe manner for residents to use. The location is convenient to the CapMetro Rail allowing minutes to downtown.

All of the staff is amazing and everything is so clean. The apartments are functional and beautiful and we quickly felt like it was home!
