Dr Shepard should be a standard for the kind of physician available to patients. He is an excellent physician, but also his skill as a physician is his listening ability

Dr. Shepard is outstanding. He listens to my concerns and addresses all of them, explaining clearly. My only complaint is trying to reach someone by phone at this location. If there is something that can't be done online, it is extremely rare for someone to answer the phone. If I leave a voicemail, I don't always get a call back. This is very frustrating.
Dr Shepard is attentive, easy to converse with, happy to listen and easy to understand. I am grateful to have him as my PCP.
I have had Dr. Shepard as my primary care physician since he came to Agoura Hills. He is very knowledgeable, kind, and listens. He does not hesitate to refer me to specialists when needed. His proactive referral to a cardiologist caught a problem requiring a triple bypass before I had a major problem.
This was my first time to see doctor in this location. Expect once last year saw the NP. I usually go to West hills. That is the reason I couldn't answer some of the questions. Very happy with doctor Shane Shepard visit.
