We worked together successfully to deal with some blood results that were not optimum
My responses to this survey are based on a new patient visit with Shane Shepard MD. He was respectful and helpful (especially in contrast with previous primary care physicians as well as specialists who had been dismissive).
Very positive
I can't say enough good things about Dr. Shepard. He is attentive, caring, great bedside manner, always asks relevant questions, knows about my health conditions, etc. With regard to the staff, in the very recent past it was so ridiculously difficult to get anyone to answer the phone there and was incredibly frustrating. I've never experienced that with any other doctor office. I would call multiple times and no one would answer. It seems a little better now and I really hope this continues.

First time seeing this Dr and he was very open and willing to listen to my health and issues.
