It's a really great place to get the job done! The staff is very friendly! Cleanliness is sort of OK. They do try. But I think that's a daunting task in most gyms. I enjoy going there. I have another membership at a different gym and I go out of my way to go to Vent instead.
I've been going to the Latham location for months, and while the manager Mike has always responded and took care of my comments, there seems to be too many times I had to go to him. The rest of the staff is very selective as to who gets any attention. I went Monday to the Guilderland location for the pool and was astonished at the difference in the looks of the gym - much nicer! Why so different? I'm not sure of the staff there, but certainly planning on driving the extra 5 minutes to find out!
The only problem I have with this gym is the smell of mold in the steam room you also can see it on the benches
I dig this gym. I was a member a while back got sick and had to quit. Just re joined and I love it. Idk what ppls problem is with staff, they're all nice to me.
I have been going to vent for about 3 years now I love it there it's clean and the staff are very helpful . I highly recommend vent.
Love the zumba instructors at guilderland vent-they make working out fun!
