I dig this gym. I was a member a while back got sick and had to quit. Just re joined and I love it. Idk what ppls problem is with staff, they're all nice to me.
I have been going to vent for about 3 years now I love it there it's clean and the staff are very helpful . I highly recommend vent.
Love the zumba instructors at guilderland vent-they make working out fun!
Great atmosphere, great staff, clean facility. But the only reason why I gave it a 4, is because the facility seems to be over populated quite often. It's a huge place as it is, but there are too many dedicated members for the area. I find more times than once that I'm waiting for particular machines or benches.
I was impressed.. clean, lot of extra amenities.. I guess the only thing I'd add would be more free weights..
