There are a lot of animals (personal trainers) at the Guilderland location .First they have no clue about training , they don't have the physique for the job either and they are rude to customers , the only thing that matters to these animals is making money .. but i am NOT surprised , the gym is managed by a midget called ''john raiti'' ...where's the rest of ya ?
I am primarily at the Niskayuna location. From the cleaning staff to the trainers, everyone is friendly and helpful. Love it!
I think they are scamming ppl for money...we closed our account n have emails to prove n still are hassling us about giving the almost 300.00$$they STOLE!!!!!!! They tell u one thing and nobodies on the same page......so be careful!!!!!! Now we have to go close our bank account so they can't keep stealing from us.....we have children to feed....
great gym has everything a gym affords pool basketball courts,personal trainers tanning rooms and etc.
