Super bummed that all the Vent gyms except Niskyuna got rid of all their yoga classes. They let go of some of amazing instructors. Bridget @ Niskiyuna is awesome. I frequent the Latham, Guilderland, & Niskayuna locations. Very disappointed w/ this decision.
Cleanliness has been lacking lately and some equipment needs fixing or adjustment.
Canceling service is not easy and they mislead you, they say toucan cancel over the phone needs tok be done online, well that is false as well, Shame on you Vent and many more will know. I have tried this nicely and now it has turned into a mistake and being that my wife will now cancel and we will never recommend anyone to this fitness center ever!
I know many people that have problems when they try to cancel-Depends on the gym you joined. They used to be very good but way overpriced. Latham is a little better.
Vent Fitness does not reimburse anything they are Crooks and steal people's money bound by horrible contracts.
Excellent facilities & staff @ Niskayuna (NY) location!
