Be on the lookout for a woman that steals from the women’s locker room! Walked in tonight for a 1 hr class and came back out to my shoes being stolen.
They have a very dangerous parking lot especially during the winter. As a business if you are open during the winter then keep your lot safe. my sister had a terrible spill recently.
RecommendedThe classes seems great, the facility is clean and everyone friendly. However, the parking at the Guilderland location is not ideal. I appreciate that there is the Kids Club for those who have children and need daycare to be able to attend.

Vent seems to be in no hurry to retire the current round of SPT (semi-private) training classes. You have to have the most expensive membership level to take these classes (Level 3), but what was supposed to be an 8 week cycle, I believe is currently in week 10! Hard to stay motivated to go to the gym when you’re doing the same thing over and over again. Staff doesn’t seem to know when the new rollout is scheduled either, which only adds to the frustration. Simply put, pay a premium price for meh services here.
