I recently joined Vent Fitness and have to say, it does not disappoint. I am very happy with all the amenities that are included in my package. Staff is friendly, everything is clean and best part is there is never any wait time for any machine. Thank you Vent!
I tried three different gyms in the Albany area and Vent by far is the best gym. Affordable and a great gym culture.
I tried the 3 day pass at vent's fitness it is a great place to get in shape, the weights are heavier then planet fitness, more of a younger crowd then planet fitness

However the Latham sauna is great my complaint is when you are sitting in there and people hang their wet towels and other pieces of clothing in the sauna on the fence surrounding the heater. It smells and I find it disgusting. And this happens almost every time I am there. The last thing i want after working out and sitting in the sauna is smell someones dirty laundry.
