I just started at Vent, so far I love it! I LOVE the Spin classes and just had a relaxing 10 minutes on the "Hydro bed" and next I plan to try the "Oxygen Bar." My trainer, Steve, is kicking my ass but I guess that's what I'm paying for.
Although it's under renovations, the staff and facilities are WONDERFUL. My daughter loves Play, the staff makes me feel very invited and welcome to work out. I can ask any question and get an answer. Very clean despite all of the construction. Love hydromassage!!! And I never have any problems getting a machine that I want. I am so thankful to have found VENT online and that I live so close to it.
