My favorite spot to get my morning or afternoon work out in. Great environment and equipment. I also heard they plan on expanding. Can't wait to see what they add to the place.
I think vent fitness should come to Cobleskill because this is a good gym to go to
Joining Vent has been great for me. Love the people (especially my trainer), the facilities and all of the equipment. I go as often as I can!!
