I attend the Clifton Park gym and the instructors are amazing as well as the classes! There are a wide variety of classes to meet everyone's needs and the facility is beautiful!
Vent is the worst. They automatically renewed my contract thru Nov 2015. I haven't used the gym in over 10 months because I use my gym at work. They still charge a $5 inactive monthly fee directly deducted from my bank account. Today, they deducted a $39 annual club enhancement fee. When I call to cancel, I was told it would be $79 and that the $39 they took yesterday could not be applied to the $79 fee. This is disgusting. No one should ever join your gym. Staff is very helpful and supportive. Many options for classes and lessons. My wife and I love to go there and our daughter looks forward to playing at the kids club while we work out. Instrumental part of my new lifestyle an dthe masterminds behind my loss of 50 pounds, and counting.
This used to be a good gym when it was golds, not been happy since it became Vent. With that said I joined 4 years ago and renewed recently. I had been at the level 3 but decided to downgrade due to not needing the other locations or most of the services offered. So far OK, I went to a $19.00 monthly fee from $40.00, then I get an e-mail offer today. Upgrade my membership back to level 3 for for just $50.00 a month added to my current level. That would put me at $70.00 for the same membership I was getting for $40.00.......h... read more
