My technician Julie is the best! She is sweet and professional and great at what she does! It's also very clean and the entire staff is pleasant
Had to change manicurist 3 times. Staff was rude and harsh. Hurt & damaged my fingers nails. I literally cried out in pain. Manager didn't seem to care. Staff was fighting and crying with each other. Receptionist had attitude. Had to argue my way out. Felt bullied, rushed & uncomfortable. Refused to pay and they threatened to call the police. I will never go back or recommend.
