Sadly the 2 techs I usually have (Lauren or Ebony... who are amazing) were off today. Since I've had a few negative experiences here I asked for "someone really good." My experience was terrible. Sweet girl, but I ended up having to file my own nails and make my own decisions on every nail on length, shape, etc. Literally! And the yanking off of my cuticles... really??? The customer service, comfort and attentive technicians make Venetian enjoyable every time!
I’ve been going to this salon for a year and I use Noc or Danielle. I’ve always had good service and been treated very well. I also know that Lilly does a great job also!
I didn't like this place at all. Over priced and rude. They think they know everything about nails. What a joke. I have been in this business for over 20 years. Don't go here!!!!!!
My sister and I got a recommendation to come here, yes it was Awesome!!! Don did my pedicure and gel nails he was wonderful and so was the staff, very clean and everything was sanitary! I total recommend this place!!!
Kevin is the best.. always treats me great and does the best!!!
