Car was stolen from secure parking lot; bicycles were stolen from locked area; constant leaks damage contents of apartments; pool and hot tub maintenance poor; roach and ant problems throughout all apartments; management enters apartments without advising tenants. Maintenance needs are not responded to timely. Broken water pipes and AC. Elevators constantly broken; just use stairs.
