I’ve never seen anything like this before – This place is truly unique, even for Hollywood. I’ve never seen anything like it before. The Velvet Elvis paintings & the Elvis movies in Spanish were a nice touch! I’m majoring in Latin Studies & appreciate the authenticity. Great place for a birthday – My friends took me to the Velvet Margarita for my 21st birthday last weekend. What a great place for a party! The staff was very accommodating, from the Host, who made sure our large group was well taken care of, to our Server, who was attentive to a fault, and the Bartenders, who made us stiff drinks all night long! Loved this place! – Came to visit friends in L.A. and they took me here. Wow -- this place was amazing! Décor, music, ambience, outdoor patio bar ...… everything was right on point. I Believe The Hype – I’d heard a lot of good things about the Velvet Margarita, so I decided to check it out for myself. Trendy Atmosphere & Tasty Food – I love Velvet Margarita!!! From the funky, trendy decor to the free chips & amazing dips to the out of this world drinks...it's all around a great time here. The food is tasty and huge portions for the price. I'm a sucker for their margaritas...esp their Velvet Margarita served in a pineapple. This is a great spot to enjoy dinner with friends before heading to the club.
Favorite joint – This place is by far the coolest joint on the cahuengaq corridor. Friendly staff and strong drinks. If your not trying to spend tons of $ stick to the $5 house margarita. The place is hip and has a cool vibe to it
